Storm spotters are the eyes and ears of the National Weather Service and provide an invaluable service to the communities in which they serve.  Never before has it been easier to provide potentially life saving reports to warning meteorologist than it is today thanks to the work of SpotterNetwork.org.   When you sign-up for your FREE account at SpotterNetwork.org and when using your GPS warning meteorologist along with other storm spotters and storm chasers, and even your family and friends can monitor your position on a live map.

We have created a small utility that now allows you to put a map showing your position information on your own website, blog or social media profile thanks to our Spotter Network Map Widget!

When using our widget, you'll still need to use SpotterNetwork.org to report any severe weather events, however your friends and family will find it easier to monitor your position information because your map is on your website.   The widget is absolutely free to use and all you need to get one is to join the StormChase.com "Member Network" on spotternetwork.org.

Special thanks to Tyler Allison at The Spotter Network for working with us to make this flash widget a reality!

Not for commercial use!  If you would like to use any of StormChase.com's products, including this widget for your company or business contact us for licensing information.
