I’m pleased to announce the long anticipated launch of the all new StormChase.com (at least long anticipated by me). StormChase.com is a work still in development and as the content grows the site itself will likely undergo some major overhauls. This blog however will likely be the most updated part of the website and I’ve invited several friends to blog here as well.

I have decided to include a gallery on StormChase.com, but am planning to keep it small. My storm chasing logs will be kept on StormTours.com and will contain chase specific events with photos, highlight video and narrative. I started maintaining the online storm chase logs in 2007 and rather than posting galleries on multiple websites, I’d rather just keep the bulk of those items with the Storm Chasing Tours.

My personal thoughts and musings however will be kept here, in this blog. I would also like to maintain information here about severe weather safety, as well as useful information that teachers can use in their classrooms. If anyone has any ideas on other types of public awareness, safety information, or useful links please register for a commenting account and leave me a comment with those ideas.
